As
I was painting the bamboo, I started to see faint images in the background.
I decided to bring out these “tiki” images from the forest as a
reminder of our ancient ancestors still around us.
Many of these faces and figures are clearly feminine – representing the
Goddess and love side of nature. This
creation has been so well received, that I am planning more and larger works on
the same theme.
